With the warm spring breeze and nature awakening, it’s the perfect season to relax and enjoy the beauty of spring. To enrich employees' leisure life, enhance communication and emotional bonds among colleagues, and strengthen the sense of unity and teamwork, Dasheng Mould’s Marketing Department, Quotation Department, Project Managers, and Technical Supervisors embarked on a light trip to the scenic and tranquil coastal greenway in Shitang Town, Wenling City, from April 9 to April 10. The two-day themed team-building activity, titled “Embrace Youth, March Toward the Future,” brought fresh energy to all participants.
Upon arrival at the Haishan Stone House in Wenling, the team held the first-quarter marketing meeting for 2022. The session began with an opening address by General Manager Shao. Following that, each marketing team member reported on their respective areas of responsibility and discussed strategic plans for the second quarter. Each department pledged to go all out, face difficulties head-on, and resolutely achieve their targets.
Sitting around the table, with wine in hand and heartfelt words to share, everyone opened up in sincere and candid conversations. Between toasts and laughter, the atmosphere was filled with warmth and joy.
The spring sunshine was warm and bright, and the sea breeze refreshing and invigorating. Running along the greenway, the salty scent of the sea filled the air, and the cool wind brushed our faces, sweeping away the city's noise. Lines from the poet Hai Zi echoed in our minds: “Facing the sea, with spring blossoms.”
All good things come to an end, and so did this team-building trip, which concluded in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. Over these two days, everyone deepened their understanding of one another, and the cohesion of the team was greatly strengthened. At the same time, minds and bodies tired from the demands of work were rejuvenated. We believe that after this team-building event, everyone will be more prepared than ever to overcome obstacles, forge ahead, and journey even farther on the path of striving for Dasheng Mould’s continued success!
